The product arrived in great condition and seems to work pretty well. Unfortunately the directions are a translation and are useless.

I'm not sure if I received a bad one or something....but I had used this machine (with the goggles provided) for probably less than 8 minutes and my eyes simply could not stand the bright lights. I've been under SEVERAL LED machines at my doctor's/aesthetician's office and NEVER had this issue. I think the bulbs were way too clear and it actually made my eyes hurt (they still hurt in the back on and off). It also gave me headaches throughout the day. I had to go to the doctor to get myself checked. Bad bad product.

its very simple to use..but at this point of time...results are not visible that much...i think review should be done after at least one month of usage then the actual review could be done...moreover..you should send a 30 days routine or guidelines about how to use this product for the next 30 days i.e. what mode should be used, in what frequency according to the skin type and treatment required...if could please send me the routine on my mail then it would be of great help bcoz all customers are layman and not dermatologist so we all need ur help..success of customers are actually the achievement of your product...so please help us... thnks arunjay kumar singh

Since I have recieved the product(BRAND NEW LIPO LASER DIODE LASER CAVITATION MULTIPOLAR RF CELLULITE REMOVAL FAT LOSS MACHINE) I used it for 7 days. For a week I uset it four times to repell cellulite on my thighs. Amazingly I found my thighs, front and back, having less cellulite after using it. Among four times of use I used 40k for three times and the last time I used multipolar body for once. Next day of using it for the last time, I saw my thighs with less of it. Which might sounds a bit dramatic but it is still a true account that I experience. I am not saying all my cellulite went away. However it is a significant difference after 4 times of use. I would have to say it is worth spending money for the product. I also bought handheld devices which I have not used it yet. But I am expecting a positive result from using it. I recommend this product for any customers looking for device for cellulite reduction. I also used it for face with tri/four polars for liftig. I cant see an immediate result for lifting yet but still I see my face is less dry . After cleanse my face I dont feel dry on my skin which I usually feel immediate dryness. Likewise I feel less dry on my thighs as well. The only reason I give the review points only four stars is that it needs more sophisticated finish on its plastic frame. One more thing is that the metal probes got some scraches on thier surfaces which need special care and attention. Thanks
