the appliances are cheap and the process as well as delivery are simple but the appliance arrived missing a crucial accessory to assemble, and was delivered filthy - a washing machine with not only fluff and fibres on the inside but also bits of plastic, and no transit bolts attached. I've not had a chance to run it with a cleaner first, but not impressed and won't be using the website again

Mix up with delivery charges. But soon sorted and a refund back into my account. Freezer was as expected all in all a good experience.

Prompt service , well informed about delivery and contacted 30 mins before arrival. The guy were very informative about the installation of my integrated washing machine. They were efficient and worked clean all round good service .

Item ordered wasn't in stock (but still advertised on website), so order wa s delayed. Great comment and even a £10 voucher. Once in stock was offered earlier delivery date to suit me.

I would not even give 1 star if I could absolute shame of a customer service. I bought a tv 3 years ago parting with 1400 pounds, it was stated on invoice comes with a 5 year warranty . Now they are refusing to help as apparently it needs to be registered not once in any advertisement or on invoicing did it state this or be advertised as an extended warranty. Management admitted on several occasions that I was correct and said they agree it is not specified on the documentation only if you look at the help and advice section on the website which is absolutely ridiculous. After even admitting to fail to advertise properly they still don't want to help. As all they say is it's not registered even after specifying that it was not made clear what so ever. Most decent company's would issue a good will repair at the very least to keep customers but they really couldn't give a monkeys. JOKE OF A COMPANY! Will be Contacting trading standards

Terrible company to deal with. Sent a damaged product after i had long discussion assuring me it was brand new. Offer of compensation was minimal, a voucher to use on their products. Contacting customer service by phone is impossible. Do not buy from this company

We ordered our hob on the evening and was notified of the delivery next day. Our goods actually arrived the following morning. We were so satisfied with the whole experience and would definitely use the company again for any future purchases.
