Purchased an ElectriQ fridge freezer from them and on trying to buy a spare shelf from them had the misfortune of dealing with their customer services department. An absolute joke of a company. They basically couldn't offer any spare parts information or assistance for an item only 2 1/2 yars old. I then tried to buy the same item for a model currently on sale (as they look very similar) and they couldn't provide any information on this either. Clearly they don't supply spares but wouldn't admit it. Lots of apologies and excuses but no actual help. Avoid them they are terrible. They are all part of Buy It Direct Group and have no interest in helping you.

Still waiting for delivery. That's all. It was due to arrive on Monday so I made arrangements for someone to be available then in the afternoon you decided not to deliver it. Great Thanks. Now trying to organise for someone to be available for the next attempt. Useless delivery

I searched their site for a cooker chimney hood in white. However, when I looked at the description and specification details it wasn't clear so I phoned their 'premium rate' number for confirmation. Having listened to their recorded 'woffle' they agreed to check and email me. That was on the 10 Feb, but I've not had anything. Looking to see if I can contact them I see that it is only via their 'premium rate' number, so on reflection that tells me that their customer service would only ever be available - at a price! Not much cop if you have purchased something and experience a problem. 15.02.25 - I note the 'we take everything seriously' comment. So lets wait and see, maybe a normal telephone number contact with an email address would be evidence of a convincing start?

My contact with Appliances Direct was excellent. The only negative aspect was with the delivery people. They seemed to be in such a hurry that they were leaving without unpacking the fridge-freezer and had to be reminded to do so. Otherwise a five star experience. Thank you.
