This item needs returning and yet I need to pay for the return, and it's really hard to.get through to anyone

I particularly liked the call I got within 5 minutes of placing my order to explain what would happen. I was also pleased with the delivery. I booked 2-3 day delivery because I was ordering on a Friday and didnt want to pay for Saturday delivery. The phone turned up on Sunday, several days earlier than i thought

I was told that my order would be delivered on a certain day. This was confirmed 48 hrs before it was set to be delivered. The day before delivery they have told me that it wouldn’t be delivered for another week. There was an no offer of compensation for the late delivery on the order that was well over £1000. I incurred additional costs to get the kitchen fitters to return and fit the appliances.

We received our microwave & we were impressed as we had exactly the same model before but on using it for the first time the inner glass of the door steamed up . We have contacted the customer department & sent a photo & now waiting for a reply .

Great product, practical, helpful to rid of unnecessary damp and mould, control in level of damp in every room, the washing dry so much quicker when we use it. That’s no so chip, but it worth that money, delivery was quick for next day and we paid standard delivery that’s takes 4-5 working days. Also, safe an energy bill, it’s takes around 50p a day, that’s is very good! My friend recommended that, he has got it for years, so I didn’t take a risk to try something else. Really appreciate it, thank you!

Ordered a Shark Stratos cordless vacuum from Appliances Direct on Friday afternoon and it arrived Saturday morning. I was kept informed on delivery all the way. Great service. I have used the vacuum only once but already very impressed with it. I would certainly shop here again without hesitation.
