After extended guarantee purchased with Appliances Direct (Included in the invoice) they requested from me their police number with a third part! This is just joke!!!!Dishwasher broken in October 2024, and they contradict themselves (all recorded phone calls) and several emails. Before any excuses, here is the model and a copy of their email to me! HIP4O539WLEGTUK Extra Efficient 14 Place Fully Integrated Date: 16/06/2021 Account No: A7418436 "Hello M**, I hope you are well. I have tried to call you on , unfortunately, you were not available at the time of my call. I am very sorry to hear you are having an issue with your dishwasher, and for any inconvenience, this may have caused. My call was regarding the case which I was hoping to discuss with you. I reached out to Pacifica/UKW to request an engineer visit, but they have asked for the policy number associated with your extended warranty. Could you please provide this information? Once we have it, we will follow up with them to move forward. We look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, A** Case Manager" REALLY??????

United Kingdom | 12 February 2025I am not at all happy with my shopping experience because before receiving my fridge freezer I was contacted by an agent who persuaded me to take out insurance and asked for my card details to take payment. I have not received any email confirmation or paperwork connected to the insurance and so no way of cancelling. This is a shame because otherwise the delivery was great and I love my purchase.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Unfortunately you are dealing with clowns in the customer service department. Ordered a bioethanol fire in January 2025 on back order. Had a date for expected delivery of 4thFebruary 2024, this went by. Emailed customer service, they replied the following day saying they would ring me with a date from the supplier. They rang with no date. This happened twice and still no date. I got the impression that they couldn't care less as it wasn't their stock. In the end i asked for a refund as we were clearly going round in circles and they were playing games. Avoid these time wasters. I sent to you the information you requested 2 weeks ago and you still haven't replied - Like i said, Clowns !!!

I didn't buy an extended warranty as didn't expect it to stop working so soon. Clearly a low quality item. Was my first purchase from this company and won't be buying from them again.

United Kingdom | 11 February 2025Very poor, I brought a ninja multi cooker, when I receive it it had finger prints all it was used ( I think it was dropped in the warehouse and they wanted to check if it was still working so they used it to make sure it was working then they sent it to me) I wanted to return this product and had to pay for the return myself and I had to book a taxi to take the box to the post office which costed an large additional amount of money. Appliances direct could have offered a free returns they did not. I will not shop with them again. Be aware anyone who buys from this company their customers service is awful. It’s ok to buy from them but if anything goes wrong well they are not very good.
