Fast and easy experience

I loved having the opportunity to submit a lower price which is nice. I also appreciated the quick and courteous response. I will definitely make more purchases.

We have been having issues with furniture arriving damaged and some of them twice. Things happen, we get it, however but it is unacceptable is the way they treat us. One of their agents was absolutely a jerk, and refused to help. After two times the same piece of furniture arriving damaged, we asked to speak with someone so that they can file the claim for us. Grayson and many other are purely drop shipping from manufacturers which would be fine if they actually did some work to help customers, but passing the burden to the customer to have to file claim after claim and waiting 8 to 11 days for a response and then another 10 weeks or so to get a piece delivered again damaged is absolutely terrible business practices. I didn't catch the name of the CS person but I will definitely not purchase again, we spent about 80K in 3 months in furniture with caracoles, some of that with Grayson.

Great customer service, quality product and unbeatable price! I purchased a table I was originally looking at elsewhere and stumbled upon Grayson while searching online.
