United States | 26 June 2022There was poor communication regarding my order. One day, I received a status update that my order was out for delivery when I was supposed to schedule a delivery. After calling Grayson to ensure I would be home to receive the order that day, no one was aware why the status was out for delivery and could not locate my order. When I finally got a delivery scheduled days later, I was given a five hour window. No one showed up and there was no communication regarding any delays. I am awaiting a call back regarding my order. I am very discouraged and disappointed in Grayson’s knowledge and service.

If I would have bought from our local furniture store the bed was going to cost more, plus cost in shipping, and it was going to take 6 months to 1 year to receive the bed. With Grayson, I will be getting the bed at a cheaper price, no shipping costs and will receive in about a months time. I’m so excited and cannot wait to receive it

Doubtful Grayson is paying the supplier in full until shipment so why am I paying now? You have 4 months free use of my money and I have nothing. If there is a 4 month delay, why would I just not wait until the items are back in stock and order then? I'll be contacting PayPal.
