Faith was my point of contact for my online order from beginning to end. She was very efficient with all of my questions and followup’s. She was also very kind when I had contacted her with a damage to report and she had it resolved within a week of my delivery. Grayson is the best!

Awful return policy. And, white glove service is a joke! We attempted to return the table and the company makes it absolutely impossible. BEWARE: go somewhere else to buy your product!

Ordered 2 tables, both arrived damaged, one got a discount and kept it, second returned to get a new table, received damaged again. Had a lot off issues with a delivery company they are using.Sent 20 emails( not kidding) was promised for partial refund and furniture pen, after 5 more emails,received refund we agreed on, now pen to cover the damage was not sent yet!Sent 5 more emails, no response, please stay away from this company.

I loved Grayson Living collection of furniture. There is a lot of variety in each furniture type. I really loved them. I just found what I need for my living room . Product quality is also quite good and also comfortable. Their customer service is very friendly. I highly recommended them.

Grayson does not honor their ‘price match’ request, which is stated on their website. I found the same item 25% less. Very disappointing since I had a good experience with them when I purchased my Bernhard dining room chairs in 2020.

Customer service rep was very nice and helpful. At the time order was placed, I had asked what the dimension was from center to center on your existing drawer hardware pulls since client would prefer brass. I would change them out with new ones. The girl mentioned she would need to contact someone who might know and would get back with me; I have not heard from anyone since the order date. Thank you. We look forward to seeing the product.
