Terrible turnaround on delivery. Their claim is that the manufactures are backed up. My purchase was in March 2021. It’s October 15th, 2021 and my items are yet to ship.

Ordered furniture 30 Nov 2020 and still haven’t received it. Yes, there were delays because of the pandemic, but they way it was handled, albeit courteously, was frustrating. “Just two more months” when the furniture hadn’t even been manufactured overseas or “3-4 weeks from August 26” when the furniture was still sitting in their warehouse 4+ weeks later and definitely not prioritized in getting delivered to us. Also, a month ago, I tried to cancel a mirror we ordered (and paid for) in March 2021 but they said was too late to cancel but it hasn’t even left their warehouse as of today. Bottom line, the pandemic caused delays but Covid or not, Grayson Living made it worse and I won’t order from them for my next projects.

Teresa was superb!! I wrote to her several days ago about the Artistic Home Bruno Console Table. She spent several minutes carefully writing what material the table was made out of, and the color choices. Later in the week, when I noticed online, that you could possibly purchase an item through "Make me an offer" we called customer service, and again, we were lucky enough to get Teresa! She immediately knew our names, address, table we wanted, and the offer we asked online. She spoke to who she had to "check it out" with, and immediately got back to us (less than 2. minutes!!) We ordered the table from you. From beginning to end, the process was seamless!! Mostly due to Teresa. the table is lovely, B.T.W

We loved the beautiful Archivist Writing Desk but there was limited info about it on the website. Grayson Living agents were very responsive and helpful, from the online chat agent to the person on the phone. They looked up details for me and helped me negotiate the price and expedite the whole process so I could order my desk the same day. Cant wait for it to arrive!
