Also, I have not received information about how the furniture will be delivered--the carrier, tracking information, and so forth. The website does not include it. So, I think that the website could use improvement. The person I spoke with who took my order over the phone months ago was very nice, though. Now, I have my fingers crossed for a smooth delivery.

She was so very pleasant and at the same time was able to answer all my questions or was honest and told me she would need to talk to the manufacturer. She consistently followed up our conversations with an email. She is a rare employee to give this level of service to just a voice over the phone or a person at the receiving end of a email. Because of scheduling we were unable to purchase last May so we contacted Grayson again in August. Every one was courteous and very helpful in tracking down the piece which was no longer on their website. They also agreed to practically match the original quote I had gotten in May. My client is quite pleased and looking forward to having the piece in her home.

Since I am a good customer now and was purchasing a big item I thought I would try to get a discount higher than the 15% being offered and used their “make an offer” button. I was hoping to get a 20% discount since this is my fourth furniture purchase with them in the last two years and I have spent some significant money. Their counteroffer was 15.8%!! It seems silly to have a “make an offer” option and not make a serious counteroffer. Just remove it. It was a waste of my time.
