When a certain business wasn't able to ship to me immediately, Garmentory made sure to also make things right on their behalf.

Truly such stellar customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size in a final sale item (completely my error), and Garmentory intervened to see if the boutique could swap it out for the correct size before the item shipped. They did so successfully, and now my order is en route, less than 24 hours later. I’m so impressed. Lesser companies wouldn’t have even tried to correct this type of issue, and Garmentory did so swiftly to make sure I got what I wanted. 5 stars!

This review is regarding my experience with an order that never showed up. Garmentory's customer service was quick to respond to my emails, tried to contact the seller and when they didn't hear back from them, immediately sent me a refund. I was very satisfied! I opted into the Route order protection, not sure if that had anything to do with my positive experience. I can't speak to the quality of the customer service for other issues (returns, damaged or misrepresented items, etc.)
