The process was simple to follow and I was sent an email stating that it was to ship by week's end and I would receive it by Monday. When it did not arrive on the expected date, an email was sent and they responded quickly. There was a one day delay (typical these days) and it arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday. The company responded very well- Thanks!

The replacement item I ended up having to return, and the customer service team were able to help me with this as well. I felt like they were there to support me, as well as the boutique that I was buying from - which was great!

The site is not a scam and trust that if you order anything and there is a problem you or your package will not be left alone. Carmen will come save the day. I will reorder more items in the near future.
