I ordered a BioLite FirePit+ from Garmentory last week. The process was simple to follow and I was sent an email stating that it was to ship by week's end and I would receive it by Monday. When it did not arrive on the expected date, an email was sent and they responded quickly. There was a one day delay (typical these days) and it arrived in perfect condition on Tuesday. The company responded very well- Thanks!

I had ordered a top which I wanted to exchange. The Garmentory team were extremely responsive, and the exchange process was quick and straightforward. The replacement item I ended up having to return, and the customer service team were able to help me with this as well. I felt like they were there to support me, as well as the boutique that I was buying from - which was great!

Garmentory has always been a favorite of mine for shopping- not only do they have an array of products (I love that they pick vendors who carry small and independent designers!) but I love that they source from multiple shops throughout the country. Their customer service is always quick and helpful and not to mention they offer affirm for checkout! All in all they’re one I’ll continue to go to again and again.

Ordered 2 cutting boards. The package was never delivered to my home. This was their response: As we've previously mentioned, as you had manually opted-out of Route shipping protection, we cannot be held liable for shipping mishaps. If you decide to file a dispute with your credit card company, we will be sure to respond accoridngly.

In the midst of having a hard time with an order I placed I came say Carmen was quick with a response and getting down to the bottom of where my order was. The site is not a scam and trust that if you order anything and there is a problem you or your package will not be left alone. Carmen will come save the day. I will reorder more items in the near future.

The best customer service. I've purchased 5-6 items from various shops and each experience has been perfect. I don't understand the other posted negative reviews.

I usually never give this bad review before, the package said delivered and it was stolen. They wouldn’t refund me. I was very disappointed.
