As good as it could be.

Like many others, we made a poor decision to purchase a timeshare. We were on our honeymoon...etc. Easy money for them sadly. It was an obvious error almost immediately and a real travesty as the whole episode spun out. Over the course of 6 years we tried numerous times to "sell" our shares. We were taken not once, but twice, by fraudulent schemes to do such. The first time was forgivable. We were still in discovery mode of what a massive scam the timeshare business is. The second time we were desperate, and just plain stupid. Silver lining was that it drove us to find Timeshare Specialists. Our contact with Timeshare Specialists was professional, honest, and successful. For a fraction of the money we dumped down the drain trying to "sell" our shares while being scammed by crooks, Timeshare Specialists quickly and efficiently took care of us. The communications were direct and timely with no hidden costs or gimmicky sales BS. We can't thank Timeshare Specialists enough for finally helping us get out of the nightmare feedback loop that timeshare ownership can be. Lesson learned... the hard way. If you are considering a timeshare purchase, our advice is just don't. Walk away. If you're trapped and seeking help, Timeshare Specialists have been the only source of reputable help we've found. Highest recommendation from our experience.

They did what they said they would do. We are no longer timeshare owners . . . . it took 5 months. We had no problems - everything went well. This was a lot less money and time (to get out of the timeshare) than the quote we received from Timeshare Exit Team. If you want out of your timeshare, I recommend Timeshare Specialists to get the job done for you.

Having heard several adverse stories about timeshare resellers I really did my research on Timeshare Specialists prior to committing any financial resources. Former client reviews and their BBB rating convinced me to begin discussions with them concerning disposal of my timeshare. I exchanged emails with them for several weeks before signing the agreement so I was comfortable with the company. They met their commitment of divesting our timeshare in roughly the same timeframes given us and always kept us informed of their progress. Took much too long. Contacted resort and they said delays were due to Time Share Specialists not providing documents, but Time Share Specialists said it was all on the resort side. Originally this was suppose to be a donation to charity. We paid a fee to sell and it seems Time Share Specialists was able to sell and make money on the sale and they just kept the money. I would think I should have received some kind of record of the donation for tax purposes. Lasting I was seller and this survey though I was a buyer.

This company has done exactly what it said it would do, in a timely manner and with all my questions answered promptly. I was completely satisfied with the results.
