Genisys representative Shannon Fabbri has always handle my business with professionalism and personal attention. Even though I live in South Carolina I've still kept my account with Genisys. I love the services that Genisys have given me through out my membership.

By far the worst credit union ever!!!! They find ways to rip you off, never answer their phones, aren't very accommodating, and they offer nothing special to members. I realize they find ways to take advantage of their members. I could write a very lengthly report on their shady practices. Fortunately, i belong to another credit union that actually cares about keeping my business. I cannot believe someone referred me to this lousy credit union. I am not one to leave a negative review, but Genisys Credit Union is getting one from me today!! I plan on closing my account, then going home to celebrate the severance from such

Our Credit Union in Fenton, MI has the best, nicest tellers & loan officers. At the Fenton branch, Sandra Passow has helped us with everything from opening our family's accounts, to car loans, to college kids first "smart" visa. She is the BEST! Highly recommend her!

Friendly service. When I needed to upgrade, my representative explained the account upgrade and explained my rewards... I love our Royal Oak, MI branch on Main. Security with this financial establishment is above average ... I won’t go anywhere else ever.. Thank you 😎

I had a horrible experience at your DEER LAKE BRANCH yesterday. I was at the drive thru depositing my son's check. Like I have for approximately a year. The teller came back and said very abruptly " I have made your deposit but I am shredding your card " I said " Oh no you're not. I'm coming inside" Thinking this was a mistake. Inside there were no customers in lobby. I started taking with another teller demanding yes demanding why this is OK every other day but not today? (I was treated like a criminal). She would reply ARE YOU A MEMBER or ARE YOU ON THE ACCOUNT I FORGET. Every time I spoke she would repeat it like a rebellious teenager. I told her it was time for her to Shut Up and get her manager. When one the other side of counter. She said " Am I Safe to be out here?" I replied " I have not threatened you in any way" When the manager came out I told her I understood clearly that I am not a member I would like to ask you two questions. Why was this OK at 3 other branches for dozens of times and not today? Then I asked " Why did you have to shred my card?" To both she answered " I DONT KNOW" I headed for the door at that point. As I left I heard them saying something about calling the police. At that I yelled " This is f-ing ridiculous" For that I apologize. I may not be a customer but what do you think my son did as soon as I told him? Went to another branch to close his account. I am copying and pasting this to YELP and any other review site I can find. I encourage you to look at security tape. I hope it has audio.

We have been with Genisys for approximately 5 years and have experienced ZERO loyalty or perks by banking with them! We have a very good standing account with them meaning no flaws and pretty decent credit. They have NEVER COME THROUGH with any request for loans ect. for us! Very difficult rigid credit union! We will be leaving soon and family members have the same to say! Zero score if I could rate them that!
