I go once a week every week and it's always fast and the staff is always friendly

I just refinanced with Genisys Credit Union. Very professional and efficient staff. The next time I need a loan this is where I will go.

Genisys Credit Union bought out my credit union. As with any change, I was uncertain but I am extremely pleased with every experience. I've purchased my first new car and many other financial firsts since the change. They know their members by name and it feels like home.

We have been Members since 1993, when the Credit Union was called Michigan Federal, Tri-Point, now Genisys. Since there is only one branch in the area, (Vassar, MI) we have decided to make a move to another Local Credit Union, where there are many other Office Branches in our area. This is only being done for the Convenience for the services we need.

It's like my personal bank. Has everything I need. Open when I need it. Gives me the information I ask for. Doesn't overwhelm me with ads and offers and promotional gimmicks. Yep, it's MY credit union, just as I would "design" it.

Always close to a branch. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Well I thought this was a survey, but either way. I have been with T&C aka Genisys Credit Union for well over 20 years. I've never looked elsewhere. Never had a reason to. Once I was going through a very traumatic personal experience. The wonderful woman at the Commerce branch took me into her office and explained things to me and I have never forgotten her kindness. I also love that when I want to go to an old fashioned normal bank..(LOL) with Teller windows I can still do that at Waterford on M-59. You guys are great. Don't change please.

I am always treated with respect and told the truth about my financial choices even when the best choice was not my first choice. I have had a satisfying decades long relationship with the Credit Union based on mutual trust and respect.

Only complaint is atm access. Can't use unless unlock and open door just to reach touch screen. Very dangerous for women driving alone.

I have been a member for over 35 years. A few times we have been lured to open a bank account elsewhere. Genisys Credit Bank is way better than any major bank. We will never be fooled again!
