Only needed one fitting to replace a damaged one and found it on the web site. Ordering was easy and the fitting arrived quickly and well packaged. Will use these guys again next time I do a full shop re-fit or housr refurbishment.

Good quality products, good prices and fast delivery. The LED bulbs I bought were of a well know British make with a excellent performance and cheaper than some of the poorer performance unknown Chinese makes sold on Ebay.

I was searching for a replacement ceiling light and found several sites that had the particular light as it has to match an existing light. Most sites showed no stock but Luma lighting did so I purchased but it turned out they didn't have stock and I ended up with a long wait of several weeks to finally get the light. Which is disappointing in the fact that if you sell online you should have accurate stock levels for purchasers. That said they did offer a refund and apologised for the inconvenience and once I decided to stick with them kept me informed of the orders progress.

Recieved very good communication as regards the order and appreciated keeping me informed when the stock was insufficient to meet my order. Packing of my order was great to. Overall I will place repeat order without hesitation.

I ordered three of these lights for my garden. They arrived promptly and are very nice. However, they were not packaged well and all three were poking through the cardboard on the bottom of their box despite packaging included to try to prevent that from happening. As a result, one of the lights is damaged on the very top (they are packaged upside down in their box).

Good range at realistic prices. Items I ordered were out of stock but this only delayed the order by a couple of days and once available delivery was prompt. Highly recommended.
