I ordered and paid for five cabinet lights which turned out to be out of stock. However, I did receive an apologetic email confirming that the lights would be back in stock the next day and I did receive them one week after placing the order.

I called because my order had 1 piece that was damaged. They replaced this without any problem whatsoever. I would highly recommend

One of the item was not in stock but they sent one at a time with very efficient courier service DPD. Also when I told I broke one, they gave me a new one for free. Amazing service.

Brought 2 bulbs from this company came to around £15! One bulb lasted 3 days before it blew!!!Also sent me yellow bulbs when they were suppose to be white! Emailed to complain have yet to recieve a response!

I purchased a sensor light, being elderly I misunderstood the diagram and instructions Luma Lighting contacted the manufacturer to directly phone me to sort out my problem which was not a problem at all. Would 100% recommend this excellent company. Many Thanks Sue

Was slightly worried when I was emailed shortly after I placed my order to say there would be a slight delay due to stock issues. However, goods arrived within a week in top condition. The lights I purchased are better quality than I expected, and at a fraction of the cost of similar products I'd seen elsewhere. Would recommend Luma Lighting.

Arrived in the end, packaging was a bit shoddy but the product was fine. Bit more communication would have been useful, considering the extortionate cost of postage.
