Why does it cost £5 to post to the Scottish Highlands when the products arrive by ROYAL MAIL, which costs the supplier the SAME AMOUNT THROUGHOUT THE UK!!!

I needed to replace a couple of security lights and after reading the poor reviews of the B&Q lights decided to go for Timeguard lights as mentioned in one of those reviews. Luma lighting came up in my search and I ordered 2 energy saving halogen floodlights from them. They arrived very quickly and are working very well.

OK so they might not have had Megaman written on them but they do the job perfectly well and at a great saving. I'll be back.........as somebody famous once said!

Ordered downlights I required then received an e-mail that item out of stock but they would have them in 1-2 days (they actually gave me a date). I thought it was very proffesional of them to advise me of this as many companies would say nothing when the delay was only going to be 1-2 days. On the date they gave me I received an e-mail to say they'd arrived and would be despatched and with me the next day. They dually arrived as advised and I was extrmely please with both the product and the service given. I would certainly use them again for any lighting products I needed.
