I am updating my review to 3 stars, because the company's customer service is very responsive and took my original review seriously. They reached out and asked me how they can make it right, which included discounts and other training materials, along with a refund of the renewal. I can not (in good conscious) give it higher than a 3-star rating, as I never actually used the service. So I cannot comment on how effective or user-friendly it is. Website seems easy enough to navigate, which is a plus. *************************************************** I had signed up for a paid trial and after realizing I didn't really have time for it, I had cancelled. Unfortunately, I did not hold onto the cancellation request for the last 5 months. And I had not realized the cancellation was not completed, as I got charged for the next 6 months. (Yes this was my fault for not keeping the confirmation). I reached out again, as I was charged $120. However, it is stated in the Terms of Use: "A trial subscription provides you access to the Service for a specified period, as it is outlined when you sign up for the trial. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, your access to the Service will automatically continue and it will seamlessly transition into the subscription plan. In such a case you will automatically be charged without further notice." *************************************************** I was fully expecting to take the $120 hit, since I did not confirm the cancellation several months ago, nor did I hold onto a copy of my request. The fact that they read reviews and reached out makes me feel better. I did ask that they consider changing their methods and start to email customers when renewals are coming up. But I would suggest anyone considering using The Doggy Plan to just mark their calendar for renewals and to hold onto confirmations (if need be).

No me suscribí y ahora me cobraron $1.000 y no tengo como cancelar porque no tengo cuenta. Ya hice una pero en ningún lado te da opcion para cancelar. Ayuda !!!!

Aufgrund eines Missverständnis wendete ich mich an den Kundenservice welcher sehr schnell und freundlich reagierte und nach einem kurzn schriftlichen Gespräch auch sehr schnell unkompliziert reagierte

I did not subscribe to this program, but have been charged nearly 3 times for a subscription to a product I’ve never received or accessed. The only emails I’ve received are the payment receipts from PayPal. Beware of this company!

No idea who these guys are. Charged me for 3 months. Company contacted me and straightened things out. Thank you. I absolute hate companies that roll over free trials without notice. They know this will happen more often than not. We still don’t know how we ended up subscribed. So a friendly reminder would have gone a long ways to avoiding all this hassle.

Terrible. The videos are rubbish AI generated voiced badly mistimed over a seemingly not much related video in another language I think. However, the worst of it is, you sign up to a subscription without realising which is twice the price. Suddenly got a 119.99 bill and the only notification was from PayPal. Nothing from doggy-plan. No reminders, nothing. I had no idea. Hadn't used it for over 5 months. . EDIT. After a little to-ing and fro-ing, I did get a full refund for the surprise payment. I hope they change wording and make it clearer what you are signing up to in future and let you gave a taster of 1 video before you decide to buy so you can see what they actually are like but that's unlikely. Anyway, I have a refund without too much of a fight.

This is a scam. It's unclear from the start that you're purchasing a subscription rather than a one-time training program. I sent an email per the company's cancellation instructions in July. They still charged me for August, September, and October. I emailed again today and threatened litigation. That got a response, and I took a screen shot of the confirmation of cancellation. We shall see if they actually stop charging me or not.

Rip off company. Avoid at all costs. So much for Doggy Plan, more like dodgy plan. They take renewed subscriptions at an inflated cost and don't even email to remind you of the upcoming renewal and just take your money, not giving you a chance to cancel before the renewal date. When you try to get a refund on the same day they say it doesn't comply with there T&Cs. They have just taken £120 off of me for a service I didn't use after the first few days. Absolutely scandalous.

This company is BS, I signed up with a new puppy as the price seemed reasonable for an at home plan. There was no indication in the purchasing agreement that it was a subscription and you would be charged $119 USD after 6 months, unless you scroll through a ridiculous amount of fine print. There is no account page on their site so you wouldn't even know you had a payment schedule or the amount due after 6 months. I got charged this morning and their customer service is a complete joke. This company is deceitful and a complete scam. They even indicate in their bs refund policy they are going to charge you without warning, if that doesn't scream FRAUD I don't know what does. Editing my review, it took some back and forth but I managed to get a refund. Still leaving 1 star as the experience was still awful. I also wanted to point out that I purchased a 12 week plan, why would anyone need a subscription every 6 months for something that should be completed in 12 weeks. I honestly don't know which of my several points finally had them agree to a refund, but I am appreciative they granted it.

*** Update - after speaking with customer service for a few more hours they have decided that they have offered a refund in full. I am thankful that they have gone this but would have been nice if this had been done first time rather than the added stress of back and fore. this is why a middle rating now. *** Contacted the customer service as my puppy had passed away, the auto renewal had taken the payment this day. asked for a refund and received a generic send a video of the dog to prove this product hasn't worked. then a sentence saying, oh you probably cant do that. absolutely appalling.

This is the worst company ever. Do not use their services. They do not work. We stopped using them after 1 week of nothing changing not even slight changes. They billed us unexpectedly for a 6month charge, we cancelled day of, and they refused a full refund after we haven’t even used the services for MONTHS! When we called them out on their poor subscription policy they said there is no exceptions. Unreal. Do not fall for this companies crap.

Leider bereits mehrmals gemeldet durch andere Benutzer, bin ich leider ebenfalls auf diese Abofalle reingefallen. Nach einem Testabo für 48€ habe ich die Übungen aufgrund der schlechten Übersetzung sowie teilweise langsamere und teilweise schnellere Übersetzung sowie den Englischen Tests nicht mehr weiter genutzt. Nach einem halbem Jahr wurden mit dann 120 € ohne jegliche Vorankündigung abgezogen. Bei allen anderen Anbietern und deren Abos die ich sonst eingegangen bin, kam jeweils eine Meldung ca. 1 Woche vorher. Leider nicht bei Doggyplan. Auf die Reklamation kamen zwar promte Antworten, eine Rückvergütung wurde mir aber dennoch nicht gewährt! Zumindest bekam ich nun eine Bestätigung dass das Abo gekündigt sei. Schade. Daher kann auch ich Doggyplan nicht weiterempfehlen

Worthless product and terrible customer service. I requested a refund the same day my card was charged for subscription renewal. I was recently laid off and had forgotten to cancel it. They refused my refund request. I told them about my current hardship, but they didn't care. Horrible company.

Repeat charges on videos that are too painful to watch in full. This is utter garbage. Avoid it at all cost, or it will cost you, like it has me.

Truly, truly appalling. The repeat charges mount up, it ends up costing you a fortune. But the content.. it is embarrassingly dreadful. What should be just 5 minutes is dragged out to 25 minutes. It is excruciating to listen to, repetitive and barely better than common sense. You will learn NOTHING from this and it will not help you or your dog. I used it for about 2 weeks and then abandoned it. Forgot about it and incurred a total of US$192 of charges before I noticed. It was difficult to find a way to cancel, but I managed eventually. However someway, somehow, I managed to have a 2nd account. I have only just managed to cancel that one, another US$168 wasted. I contacted them and asked if, in good faith, they would refund the 2nd account. Outright refusal. This outfit is based in Limassol, Cyprus. The billing name on your CC or Paypal will change - that is a flag that they are being accused of cheating people. Learn from my foolishness and experience and....AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Prélèvement d’une année sans Avis, pour 117,99€ alors que cela n est mentionné nul part au moment de la subscription. Ils parlent de renouvellement alors que ce n est pas vrai: j’avais payé 47,99€ la premiere fois. Ce n’est donc pas un renouvellement.
