No dispatch notice no item delivered, contacted them suppose phone me back never did, stay well clear

I ordered and paid for 2 walking sticks but only one has arrived. The one that was deleted had many scratches and looked awful, I sent them photos. Waiting to hear back from Your Essential Shop

It has been a week now that I ordered a pair of crutches. No news either by mail or phone or text. Of course the money has been taken but I still do not know if and when i will receive them. Stressful time.

Ordered some crutches as the handle on one of mine broke. Very pleased with my new ones. Build quality is excellent and the colour, Aubergine, makes them stand out. My only criticism is the packaging that was used was almost torn in half by the time I received them. They were just inside a box with no padding and the box was very flimsy. I paid £7.95 for quick delivery and expected the packaging to reflect this. Overall extremely pleased with my new crutches

Quick and efficient product and delivery

Terrys made it easy to take measurements for my blind and curtains. I like the Orla Kiely options which allowed me to have different sizes if the same design - large scale for the curtains and smaller for the blind.

I ordered a bag for my mobilty scooter from Essential and the item is excellent and was dispatched very quickly. However, just after I had ordered the bag, I decided that I also needed a cape and immediately phoned and emailed them, I am still waiting for replies about these, so Essential has lost my extra custom as I have now bought the item elsewhere.

The staff were most helpful in their recommendations and responded with the relevant refund with speed I wouldn’t hesitate to use Essential again should the need arise.

Poor quality

I purchased a bath/shower mat to replace one previously purchased from this company. It is very cushioned and therefore very comfortable to stand on in the shower. Does not slip and very competitively priced. Delivery was also quick.
