I ordered an essential inflatable hair wash basin. The order and delivery were simple and it arrived quickly. However, the first time we used it there was water leaking from it. On closer examination I found a small cut in the base of the plastic. I contacted the company and they immediately said they would replace the basin. Again the second one arrived quickly. I cannot fault the company in how they dealt with this. My only reservation is that the plastic the basin is made of is quite thin and not very robust, I have not had opportunity to use it yet, however I feel I will need to be very careful if it is to last for any length of time.

The crutch I ordered was exactly what I ordered but expected it next day. I don’t know how it happened but I didn’t put next day delivery on the form I filled in. I let them know once I had confirmation of the order & they said if I paid the extra £2 it would arrive next day which it did
