From the telephone call to arrange an appointment to the fitting of the stair lift, everything was dealt with very professionally. The sales person turned up on time gave us a quote and didn't try to push anything on us, but explained everything well. The office staff were brilliant in explaining all our purchase and warranty options, the fitter was neat and tidy. Thank you.

I’m replying on behalf of my Mother who has the stair lift. She said the service was carried out to the highest standard.

The lift is working well and it seems sturdy. My complaint is that the two men who installed it did not explain the instructions for the lift very well and seemed in an hurry to get away. I had to get an engineer out as the chair was bleeping when at bottom of stair. The engineer who came out was very nice and very helpful and he took time to explain.

The service visit was straightforward. The engineer was very pleasant, explained what the service entailed and kept us up to speed with what was happening. He also listened to our queries about the lift telephone, and organised for a colleague to give us a quote for a phone upgrade.

Quicker than a pizza delivery. I know it won’t happen all the time but called to report a problem with the stair lift and the engineer arrived in 15 minutes amazed. The guy was a professional and pleasant and completed the repair 👍
