My neighbor had a fall requiring hospital intervention. After some weeks my neighbor asked me to source a stair lift asap so they could return home. Sooner the better. Stannah were very very helpful, they had one in stock nearby and were prepared to install asap provided we could pay for the deposit immediately and then the remainder balance after the install. It took a bit of time but we were able to have the stair lift fully operational within three days of asking. Great stuff!!! the whole process was delivered with conscientious and polite staff...very highly recommended. Thank you Stannah.

Shocking company only interested in taking your money , just expect pensioners to be able to afford the £400 per year service charge in one go and no option to pay in installments , and then send letter to frighten customers into paying even though it’s not due for another 10 day , just so you know stanbah it’s not a contract it’s the customers choice if they want the service plan so don’t send letters implying that it is a contract , last year they didn’t even service my mums lift within the 12months until I reminded them , awful money grabbing company , even the breakdown cover is useless as it don’t cover weekends , avoid if possible

The engineer arrived in good time. He was very polite. He explained what he was going to do. Also booking the service was very straightforward.

Simply the best. Really good product. Advised regularly of when servicing is needed. Pleasant efficient engineer. After a bad experience with another make of stairlift I recommend Stannah they are the best!
