Everything was done so well. Carpenter did a good job, so tidy. Electric another good job. Installation was so smooth and quick, I was using it immediately.

My wife passed away over a year ago after paying for one extra year of cover for the stairlift. Now Stannah keep sending letters in her name and emails asking for an invoice to be paid for another years service. - disgusting

Everything went to plan. Men turned up when they said they would and the engineer gave us good verbal instructions before we were let loose to use the lift.So far everything is working to plan and the stair lift looks a great addition to climbing and descending the stairs!
