Cheap transformer installed and only lasted 48hrs before we had to have it replaced.

I chose a Stannah lift after viewing two other competitors.The sales representative took measurements and found the best solution for copimg with cramped entry and exit points. As a member of Parkinsons UK I received a 10% discount. My custom- made lift was installed four weeks later with clear operating guidance and no mess!!

Excellent service. Phoned before calling to service stairlift. Came within 5 minutes of time agreed. Worked quietly and cleanly.

If I could give 0 star I would bought hse based on STANNAH survey & the stairlift 1) did not work kept stopping 2) even their own senior Managers Sid the stairlift should never have been installed but its a bit late when you buy a property based on the stairlift fitting NOT having knees hit being curved on the the stairs and all STANNAH have done is NOTHING avoid calls leaving an Already severely disabled person =struggling STANNAH Customer services is well aware of the danger we have been left with & now the Local Authority is involved leaving a severely disabled person at risk. This service is disgraceful and needs investigating! I would advice people to NOT buy stair lifts privately use your local authority go through them!

Was running late for the appointment, rang to let me know and kept me informed. As well as servicing the stair lift, also offered and filled in a few holes which were caused when the stair lift was installed and a hand rail had to be removed for my elderly mother.
