There have been many issues as their systems are flawed, charging interest incorrectly. So if you want to pay for something that you shouldn't, the please apply. I do have a separate question, why when I click on the relevant statement, it doesn't allow me to access them? Is this a known fault too? It hovers as if it has downloaded, but I can't access them, please help 😢

I think it was due to a glitch in the app that meant the “confirm” button didn’t grey out once I’d hit it. So I kept hitting it. I’m sure it will all work out.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2024I’m extremely frustrated with my experience trying to open an account with this service. I downloaded the app, but every time I attempt to create an account with my phone number, I receive an error message saying there’s an issue. This has been going on for three days without resolution. I also tried creating an account on their website, but it won’t accept my email because it doesn’t allow the underscore (_) symbol, which is part of my address. Customer service has been unhelpful and has not provided any solutions. I do not recommend this service, as the account creation process is a nightmare.

United Kingdom | 09 November 2024Very poor. I'm with stepchange currently. Contacted you on the 14th October to be told that there is a backlog in processing these payment plans. I have then been put on a 30 day breathing space whilst you sort it. You persistently chased me for the debt whilst on the breathing space. Called again on Tuesday 5th. The lady I believe Olivia advised computer error for these messages and the stepchange has been agreed and set up. Also advised we weren't passed to a debt collector. Now weve received an email that I am. I am currently going through a bereavement and a family member is close to end of life. This undue stress is unreal
