Very rude, couldn’t care less, Don’t listen correctly, Despite having “0” balance, Text after text and email after email saying late payment , missed payment, Stressful, then when you finally get through they say, ahh don’t worry, it was a computer error, Load of rubbish, There is no balance, So how can it say missed payment or late, This can effect credit file then take weeks or months to sort. Utter disgusting, Their management team don’t ring you back, Luckily we keep eye on card and any charges but those that don’t, this company can rip you apart, be careful. I’m Still waiting on a call back for the excuse again this year on how they have chased me For a “0” Balance payment , Strange
