There has been a few teething problems which customer service has managed to sort extremely quickly. I haven’t used the card as of yet however, their customer service seems to be very high. I would say the app is a little confusing as it has loads of options to click from, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

It is very easy to have access to it. Completely recommended!

**UPDATE No2 after chatting and explaining my problems with the card I was having they sent an email asking for biometrics I.e copy of driving licence front and back and a selfie to prove identification, 2 days later received another confirming card was now full active with no restrictions 👍 card now works with out issue** **UPDATE 30/11/24.. the card is useless blocked and declined at every turn contactless and chip & pin in store and the online authentication process when trying to use it online, cant add it to Paypal/Google/Samsung/Curve wallet absolute waste of time and I set up a direct debit 5 different ones showed on my banking app with different references so cancelled all direct debits** 05/11/24 Very happy with the service from ONMO card, the application was simple and straightforward and the app is very easy to use and informative 👍

Onmo is a brilliant credit company. Easy to use the app and great customer service! I applied through ClearScore. Had an answer in minuets. Great credit limit and one of the lowest APR rates to improve credit. Excellent company.
