Straight decision, straight to the point in registering quick overall but yet to deal with the company as only just registered

Really quick and easy to apply, got an answer immediately. App looks ok so far but I’m just waiting for my card to be delivered now

Application process was fairly easy , however I had encountered some technical glitch when I tried to set up direct debit on the app , Screen froze and sent me confirmation emails 9 times under 9 different references. I also think App could be improved by adding card details feature , and also by adding Apple Pay feature

Very simple

Setting up the account was super easy and the process seams to be going well. The only downside is that the app is slightly slow but it isn’t anything that would stop me recommending to others
