Purchased a Garden Spa recently. The product arrived very quickly at my home address (signed for delivery) & the Spa functions as it should. A no surprise, no hassle purchase at a very competitive price so I'm one happy Yorkshire Man !

I paid for Saturday delivery, and stayed in all day that Saturday, but no delivery. I tried to rearrange for delivery the following Friday or Saturday, and was assured this wouldn't be a problem (and I would be called back to confirm this), but neither of these happened. Instead it (a lawn mower) was left with a neighbour, blocking their hallway for several days. On the plus side, the lawn mower is good, the customer service people were friendly, and I got an immediate refund for the Saturday delivery surcharge I paid.

Ordered Wolf Garten loppers and they arrived when promised and in good condition. Not the absolute cheapest but will use again based on this experience.

surprised at such speedy delivery was expecting to wait longer. Item looks good in comparison to other similar however it was pricey compared to others. How it will stand up to weathering remains to be seen. Anticipate wood frame will probably look the worse for wear after long term usage. Could have done with a bottom piece of some sort.

purchased the mower while on holiday and gave clear instructions that it needed to be delivered after our return date. this was ignored and my neighbour had to endure a large and heavy box blocking the hallway. the mower looks to be of good quality and should cut the lawn well.

Bought the 1.8M vegetable trug, great product and complete with extra. Was a smooth purchase and good price. I ordered online, on a Sunday and selected next day delivery as the option was available for £6.95 extra. The trug never arrived next day, so I emailed and queried the order, plus requested a refund for the next day delivery. I was told that they aren't open Sunday and as I ordered after 4pm this should not have been an option. No refund. Terrible customer service, if the option is on the web site then it should be available. Needless to say this will be my one and only purchase from Garden Essentials.

Ordered these stacking chair covers only a few days ago. They arrived very promptly. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the covers. They are of a very stout material and have secure fastenings to prevent them being lost in high winds. Will definitely use this company again.

This veg trug was a gift and it was well received! Really sturdy item that is easy to put together and looks great. Wanted the larger size but wouldn't fit in my garden. It arrived as stated when ordered. I ordered the frame and cover too which makes amateur gardening look professional. Love it. Will definitely order from garden essentials again. .

Fairly easy to build, one screw each end for the spine to be secured to the legs on each of the three sets is insufficient and pulls out, need two use two screws although spares are provided, took two hours to complete but you need to be aware of correct line up when fitting the panels or the entire structure is out. Parcel too heavy for some people to carry on arrival so be aware if you're disabled which is one of the selling points of the VegeTrug, Suggest it needs more wood preservative than used before sale, big gaps in between some joints will need sealing as a water trap. Pleasing and useful though when completed and value for money.
