Well packaged, postage costs reasonable, delivery was ahead of time and the planters themselves were excellent, mine are on my patio and they do not look out of place or an eyesore. Well made and they look as if they will last for years with regular cleaning. All-in-all would rate these planters highly and I believe they are excellent value-for-money and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Good service, post man left a note to collect at main P Office, which was a nuisance as we were in, but they did bring them out after easter. Didn't find them too easy to put together even with two people, would love them to arrive already constructed, as i am getting on, but i love them and others have lasted much longer than thin plastic ones.Would use the firm again.

Vegtrug delivered very quickly and carrier placed it in the garage ready for construction. Good price as it included the covers which would have cost £60. Highly recommended. Just need the plants now!

The rather large parcel arrived and once I had floor space to myself I dragged it back inside and opened my pressie to myself! All the pieces were in place & although I had to juggle with the main spine it was easy to build with the pre drilled screw holes. Top canopy just as easy & then the hard bit of lifting it outside, moving all my pots to accommodate the trug, then start filling it, great. Only little problem was screwing in the retainer screws for the canopy, as these not pre drilled took bit more oomph but then I stood back & was impressed with the result of a couple of hours of hard work. Would be easier with helping hand but as a mature lady, we have learn't if you want something done, do it yourself. Great product would recommend to all.

The Home Farm Veg Trug is a brilliant piece of kit! I requested a date of delivery - it was there at 9am. I had never put anything together before, but it was simple and straight-forward to assemble (with the help of the excellent instructional video) and a few tools. It is really well-made piece of kit and looks the business! It's not cheap - and was very much a "considered" purchase (for my birthday) but, as with all things, you get what you pay for, and I'm delighted with my choice!

long handled true temper border fork. best fork going, great for heavy work, use on allotment for turning over in spring , it,s my main heavy duty tool and wouldn,t be without it. As for price, i couldn,t believe it. If you need a serious fork then this is the one and at this price don,t think twice. Buy it.

The bird feeding station arrived and was very badly damaged, so much so we were unable to put it together as some parts were bent out of shape and crushed. Also there were parts missing altogether so it would've been impossible to build it anyhow. As this was a present for my 80 year old grandmother you can imagine I was extremely disappointed.

I ordered a garden hose on a real to attach to my outside wall. Apart from the real and the hose and the bracket there was nothing else in the box. No fittings, no connections, there wasn't even a handle to wind the hose in. I have been told the missing parts are on there way.

Got a great low price on the items I required, and they were delivered free within a few days.
