Excellent product and service. Easy shopping and I am very very pleased with my sewing machine. I felt I had to knock one star off for the really poor response to e mail queries. As I am at work it makes it much easier for me to communicate through e mails but it was completely hopeless.

I told him what I was looking for in a sewing machine and he told me about the nechhi, it was over my budget really, but I'm so glad I listened to his advice! The machine arrived when he said it would, just a few days after I ordered it, super quick delivery!!! And the machine is an absolute beast!!!! I can do so much more with this machine!!!! It's incredible! I'm still a bit worried about how much I spent when I really shouldn't have, but I have no regrets! Very happy with the machine and hobbysews service. Thank you very muchly!!! :-)

I ordered my Necchi Sophia 300 on Saturday and it was here on Tues (we are always a bit later for deliveries as we live in the North of Scotland) Ordering was so easy and Jason was brilliant getting me the best deal possible, I haven't tried my machine yet but am sure it will be fantastic. I had been looking for a machine that does everything and this does and more the only downfall is that the letters only come in one size but that's knit picking delivery was very quick and the free tools were delivered with the machine its also Beautifully made and easy to use.
