The sewing machine its simple and so far working Great with an Absolute beginner, me. It was lovely to have everything you need to sew. I wish the instructions would have been better, the Perfect instrutions For me would have been a link to youtube or a cd with a videobthat explain. As My English its not very good. Everything else its good. Customer service, packaging fast delivery....even the gifts are Amazing. 😊

I was looking to buy my first Sewing Machine last week and honestly did not know where to begin. I visited the Hobby Sew website and spoke to Jason via Online Chat who suggested 3 or 4 machines for me to look at. I chose a Necchi Alicia in the end which arrived the very next day. I'm so happy with Hobby Sew and the machine. They even sent some free gifts - some scissors and threads which I was not expecting. It's a brilliant website with lots and products and the fact that you can actually speak to a real person is such an added bonus and a rare thing when shopping online.
