I had chosen a Singer One Plus as the machine I wanted to purchase prior to visiting. The agent was friendly and helpful, and the machine was delivered on the arranged date. A communication issue during ordering led to things not being quite perfect, but the managing director took the trouble to call me himself the moment he was aware, and resolved the problem entirely satisfactorily

The problem I experienced was that I paid for next day delivery due to having previous commitments, but it didn't arrive until the following day. When I phoned up all I was told was that it had been sent out and I could track it if I wanted to! My advice is don't pay the extra for next day delivery. Apart from that the machine is brilliant but I am still waiting for the carry case, which I did expect would come with the machine. PS Since posting this the company have been in touch with me and apologised and been very helpful.

I ordered a Singer Heavy Duty 4423 and received my order within a few days. I had a few questions prior to the delivery which were answered almost straight away. I am really happy I chose Hobby Sew as they have lived up to their promised excellent customer service. Not only that, I love the machine and there was a very useful free gift also!

I ordered quite an expensive overlocker and needed a dressform and another sewing machine for my granddaughter. They did me a very good deal. I wasn't very happy with the sewing machine and they happily swopped it out. I highly recommend the décor mini. Fab little machine. My dressform took some time but that wasn't their fault but they sorted it all out for me. They actually sound happy to help which is unusual in this day and age. I would highly recommend them.

My 21 year old machine broke down, I called my usual servic/repair man and his number was out of service. Wow what can I Do. I looked on the Internet and found hobby sew, I found a machine I was interested in and the site gave a phone number to speak to a person who knew about different machines. I phoned he was great, really knowledgable and helpful. After discussion I purchased the machine I had been interested in, I got the machine at a great price, less incidenta than the price of my previous machine. My machin was delivered the following day, now that is some service. With my machine came two free gifts, a set of three feet for quilting, three pairs of scissors and 24, 30m reels of thread. Thank you very much. The machine is great, I cannot speak for its longevity but it performs well in the functions I have used so far, I have o reason to believe it will not perform all of the functions advertised. Really pleased with my sewing machine. I have a couple of projects on the go and I have been to a few sewing classes too. I haven't had any problems with my sewing machine but I know that if I did hobbysew would be there to help.

Machine was well packaged and in good condition on arrival which.was a day late that I imagine was due to carrier . Have not had time to try it out yet but looks perfect for purpose
