Overall the service we received from Oliver was really good, both during the test drive & collection, he wasn’t the pushy sales person I’ve experienced in the past. Had a small issue on collection regarding tyres but even that he’s sorted & arranged for the work to ve carried out at Richmond Southampton as it’s a lot closer. Good service, Oliver is spot on & we’d recommend him to anyone.

United Kingdom | 17 January 2025I should have walked away at point or purchase; the buying process at the Guildford branch was shambolic. Those staff have now all left, I believe, but the Service dept is equally useless. Along with a service consultant who clearly knows diddly squat about cars or even tyres, the technician didn’t manage to find the slow punctures although one was a nail/screw in there, and we’d even identified its position with a chalk mark. When they put it back up and found it (they didn’t find the other two, but I’d given up by then!) the service consultant said it wouldn’t be repairable - but it was in the tread, so when I took it elsewhere, it was! He also thought it was fine because they’d got it back up to the right pressure - so, no idea about how a slow puncture works! A relatively minor thing, but the complimentary car clean they include with a service was equally inept. No vacuuming inside, not very clean outside, and they’ve clearly rubbed at marks on the paintwork so there are scratches in small circles. I must also check what I’m paying them on their monthly plan for the service program, because over the year it appears to exceed the annual cost of them! The car’s nice enough, if you can block out the constant beeping for all manner of things, which they say they can’t stop or even reduce because of safety. So, for example, there’s very loud beeping when the boot closes - but it will happily continue to close if someone puts a hand back in to push something out of the way and gets caught out! Update - so much for them saying they wanted to address the problems; all I have had is a couple of emails saying they’re looking into it.
