Our experience with Richmond cars was great. We purchased a recent Hyundai Kona Ultimate and would say that Maz who was looking after us was truly helpful in every step of the purchase right from selling our old car to getting us a reasonable quote and explaining all the details with the new car.

A quite awful, upsetting and disappointing experience. Seems the old days of trust have gone, Our very special day completely ruined. Money wasted on doggy day care, a wife in tears on our very special 21st wedding anniversary. Never again, Be warned, these are just a Second hand car dealers, £99.00 or else!!!!! Be warned.

Constant phonecalls after purchase and was promised someone would return my call no one did. Seems aslong as they get you to sign on the dated line after that they don't want to know you. Was promised would lower monthly price but never did.

We have just collected our new Hyundai Ioniq 5 following a very professional and personable customer service experience provided by Adam and his colleagues. Having helped to answer many questions about the car and arrange test drives Adam efficiently and effectively steered us through the Motobility application process. On the day of collection Adam went above and beyond by staying late after closing time due to our being delayed by trains getting to the dealership which was very much appreciated.
