I have really enjoyed my new MG5 but have had some post sales issues which have been a little frustrating. I wanted to wait until they were resolved until I left a review. Honestly I think without Andreea I think my review would’ve been less positive. All my issues have been solved this morning when dealing with Andreea. The car is great, drives great, looks great and I’ve really enjoyed switching over the full electric. There was issue with another customer which I felt the team handled really well with professionalism and courtesy despite the customer raising his voice and being rude.

Great experience, no hassle and simple purchase. I called and placed a returnable holding deposit, drove up, test drove and agreed to purchase the car. They serviced it, prepared it and had it charged and ready to go when I came to collect it. I would have liked them to let me know when the funds were receieved into their account so that I could be assured it had all gone through fine. But otherwise smooth as butter!
