The help we received was first class and at no time did we feel under any typical "sales pressure" from Kelly. Having never dealt with this company before, I have to say that we were really impressed with her approach to customer service and that should we eventually decide to go with an MG as our first EV, we will return to Guildford. United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Having had my faith in this brach restored by Kallum on 11.1 25, it was then virtually destroyed again, by the original salesperson (he also made an appt to see me, but moved to another brand within the same building the next working day). Op then came over. He has given me faith in the dealership again, and potentially sorted the issue in around 15 minutes. Its been going on for almost 3 weeks. I had already started my notes to take this to the ombudsman, but this is now on hold. Thankyou Op for today

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025Great experience to start with, Alfie was amazing in the showroom… but currently struggling to get my deposit back and seem to not be able to get a reply via email. Hoping I hear by end of play tomorrow or this will be a 1 star review and I’ll have to contact my bank. I’m also being hounded but one of their finance companies who I asked to not be put forward to. I can’t get them to stop calling me and they shouldn’t have my details anyway.
