We’ve had excellent service from Adam at Hyundai Bognor. Lots of regular updates, and calls to keep us informed of the eta for our new cars. Would be very happy to recommend them, and the cars are lovely, so pleased with them.

I can not speak more highly about my experince at Richmond Motor Group - Guildford Hyundai. I popped in with with my wife to look at what pre-owned cars they had and was welcomed by Elliott Falkner with an offer of a drink before we dived into a discussion around what it is what we were after, the questions asked were coming from a complete desire of wanting to help without any feeling of "tactical" sales moves which we had experienced at several other showrooms. Elliott presented several car options which he outlined clearly the pro's and con's of each and went above and beyond to get a deal that worked within our budget. Which brings me to Tom Hibberd, Transaction Manger at Hyundai Guildford... I can't thank him enough for the effort he went to try and get a deal put together for us. He pulled on every string he could and explained everything crystal clear with regards to finance options. We went in with not even a moment of considering buying a new car, we left with a brand Hyundai Tuscon which we are over the moon with. The car is perfect for what we needed as a family and Tom & Elliott I can't thank you enough for everything you've done.

I brought a 9 month old, Hyundai i10, but when I collected the car, they hadn't done basic safety checks (one of the tyres was very low and had to be pumped up at nearby garage as soon as I drove away). Other error messages appeared on the electronic screen the second day of driving the car. When I contacted the salesman to express concern about these issues, the salesman promised I could have a service done for free, and I would also get a full tank of petrol. It was very difficult booking the service. I agreed a date with the salesman for the service, on the understanding I would have access to a courtesy car. The day before I decided to check and confirm they were expecting me and they had no record of my service booking and would not be able to provide me with a courtesy car on that date. I had to make numerous telephone calls and emails them until my complaint was acknowledged, but no apology as such. I then agreed another date to bring car in for service. I arrived at Richmond on the agreed date, only to be told by the lady in service department that my service was not booked on their computer. They called a manager who agreed it would be done. I asked if they could check the tyre as part of the service and also the error messages, which I had reported to them previously. When I got the car keys back, I was told they didn't have time to do these tasks, and no paperwork was given to me, to prove it had even received the service. Oh, and I didn't get the full tank of petrol the salesman had verbally promised me. Very disappointed by the whole experience.
