Really easy company to use no hassel! We are students and saved a lot of money with huddle, unlimited gas and electricity meaning we dont have to worry about going over! Would definitely recommend:)

Good company

Huddle is overall pretty good. I dont have to speak to my housemates about bills and dont have to ask them for money. However it was a bit of a hassle to set up. I did it online to begin with and I ended up only including gas and electrics which was not clear to me. I got an email later stating this and I realised I had to add other things on which upped the price quite a bit. This was really awkward for me and I wish it was a bit clearer what has been added at the beginning of the contract to get rid of this issue. I had a problem with the company saying I owed them money for bills from over the summer. We cleared this up with them pretty quickly over the phone. I think this is a pretty common occurence for them so I hope it is something that gets sorted out

Huddle have been really helpful when it’s come to sorting out our bills each month. Everything’s fairly cheap which makes it easy to live as students! My only small complaint is that we were promised a free food voucher if we joined, but we never received it.

Using huddle as a student has been really helpful since I don't have to worry about staying on top of all of the different utilities I have to pay. I can also keep track of my monthly usage with respect to what i've paid for. V helpful.

I have been contacted by Huddle saying I owe them money under an account I have never agreed to have due to previous tenants leaving my property and are now claiming I owe them hundreds of pounds.. I can see based on the previous reviews that this can get sorted so hopefully the same can be done for me as I feel really overwhelmed.

I was contacted by Huddle demanding payment of a debt relating to my property before I owned it! Their representative Brinda did a fantastic job of sorting the matter out and, thanks to her, my name has been removed from the account. She is an excellent ambassador for her company and I am very grateful to her.

We left sorting bills to the last minute before moving into our uni house. Huddle was a quick and easy was to sort bills between house mates without hassle. Monthly direct debit gets rid of the awkwardness of splitting bills every month and you can put money aside towards it since it’s a set amount. Great option for students!

Very good service, makes it so easy to pay bills between the student household. Never have to ask eachother for money it just comes out once a month! Not as cheap as other places but worth the extra money for the convenience

Great Utilities company! Have had them for my third year at university and have never had any issues, sits a great way to collate your expenses and have them in one place , and customer service have always been polite and helpful whenever I have had an issue, which is rare.
