Awful experience. Poorly managed company. Did not pay our bills, even though we were paying them each month. Was threatened with debt collection, being taken to court and cutting off our water and energy supply. We were very confused as we had been paying monthly and sent all required documents so we weren’t aware why. Emailed and called huddle but no response, We called the energy supply and they made us aware that no account had even been set up by huddle to pay for our bills. Eventually after calling every day for 2 weeks (during our exams) we thought huddle had sorted it. Now we have been told there is still money left to pay. Ridiculous. Do not use.

We have had numerous issues that took months to resolve initially due to poor communications from them and then now a month before our contract ends they install a new smart meter and have caused a whole load of issues making moving out 10 times more stressful

Really pleased with the service. All bills are in one place so it has made it simple and convenient for me and my boyfriend to split all of our bills, and have them all come out at once, to one account. Also avoids hassle of searching for various providers. Very stress free and reasonably priced. Definitely the way forward for bill payments. Would strongly recommend. ID: 242895

Huddle provided me with all the information, that led me to know that my letting agency were not paying the bills (gas and electric), of which myself and the other tenants paid for monthly without any outstanding. Furthermore, using this information, I was able to persuade the letting agency to do the needful, and resolve the issue.

Had my final statement back in 2020 and there was a massive issue. I was told I owed £289.61 despite making my payments every month! However, Ryan (who I left a positive review for) quickly fixed this issue and located the misallocated funds. Problem solved or so I thought. 2 years later and Brenda sends me an email asking for a further £57.06 that apparently was a result of THEIR mistake. On review of my final (final) statements I've found the statements were accurate, which makes sense as Ryan counted each payment individually. Brenda has not listened to any other narrative except they made a mistake and I must pay, despite the fact I've offered to share my statements. Edit from 17/05/2022: Huddle has since replied to close this issue, thought I'd add this to keep everything true and fair.

Figuring bills out for the first time is a very scary process but Huddle has made this much easier! Great package deals, and having the option of split liability is so reassuring. They also support some great climate projects.

Don't like that they take ya money out the bank with no warning, might be the same day every month but at least the water bill gives me warning. WiFi is questionable. It's alright
