They’re supportive in resolving situations, and reply fairly quickly via email. It is quite an easy going contract to set up too, which you can keep track of your bills through the Huddle app.

Canada | 21 April 2022Huddle has been easy and with good prices, especially right now as we went with the unlimited option which is a fixed price, meaning the current inflation hasn’t affected our bills (yet)! Easy to set up and split bills with housemates. Only thing is a couple of us have received emails saying we owe money when we don’t, but that was easily and quickly sorted over the phone.

Also the usage graphs are very helpful. My only wish is that you could see the exact figures of how much you have in your account as credit.

United Kingdom | 19 April 2022We've moved into a house where previous tenants had moved a single bill to Huddle; it's not a service I would have chosen myself since we don't require it; it's geared towards house shares. They are responsive via the info@ email address when there are issues. The website is not great; it needs to visually confirm when an image (e.g. of meter readings) has been uploaded, and to preview that image. It's not very clear what you can/can't do on the website; for example I can only access 'energy bills' and not 'my account'; I would have switched back to a supplier direct but the current situation of extremely high prices meant that staying with the (still painfully high) fixed rate contract with Huddle was the best plan. It's fine, if confusing at times. I'm sure it's good for e.g. students who share bills.

They sent out emails with answers to common questions which was very beneficial in helping us understand all the information and any steps required from us prior to us moving in. I would recommend them for anyone looking to get an inclusive bills package.

The shared bill option is fantastic for those like us, who are students, so we all have the option to check the bills should we want to. I would recommend.

As a student living with 5 other people paying bills can be such a faff but huddle makes it so easy with automatic payments. There’s no forgetting to pay and no arguments over who’s paying what!
