I believe we have a very good package, which includes all of the essentials such as WiFi (which is considerably fast compared to most others), gas and electric, and TV license too. We pay £65 a month for all of this, which is very good value I believe. Whenever we have had any queries or issues Huddle have responded quickly and sorted out issues out too. We will definitely be using Huddle in the future

The website is super easy to use and gives you good statistics on your energy use, which is really useful!!!! They are really helpful and tend to be fast when it comes to the enquiries or problems resolvement, not that we had any after signing with them. We plan to continue using their services and definitely would recommend Huddle to others!

They are asking students to take pictures of their wifi routers, with a huddle sticker on and leave a review for a chance to win money. My house’s experience with this company has been terrible. They have lost a wifi dongle that my housemate used at the beginning of our contract and now want to charge us for it (£120). We have received an invoice from the company dated for April but was not sent out until May, not giving us enough time to find proof of sending. The system they use to collect metre readings is inefficient and hardly works, which often leaves us paying more. We asked in November about installing a smart metre to streamline the process and have not heard back once. Would not touch this company ever again, even if they pay me and my housemates for winning this competition. TLDR- they’re paying for positive reviews from desperate students

United Kingdom | 11 May 2021Huddle offer an easy service with a fairly priced inclusive bills package. They are very quick to reply to queries over email with a friendly response. However, I’ve had issues with the Huddle Utilities app in that I couldn’t submit meter readings successfully. I’ve also had the repeated issue of overusing energy and requested a smart meter to help with this however Huddle never managed to install my during the tenancy. Aside from this, good quality broadband provided and friendly service.

Their sustainability ethos was a big plus for us. Would recommend for quick hassle free service for setting up bills and splitting between several housemates- would recommend for any students.

United Kingdom | 10 May 2021Huddle was perfect for our house share of 8 as it was simple and hassle free to set up. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly with a simple email or call. Far easier than going to separate companies. We also loved their ethos; being fossil free electricity and tree planting m is part of the reason we chose huddle in the first place. We also love the bills being split evenly every month which makes house sharing easier. We’ll definitely use Huddle again next year and recommend to anyone going to university.

United Kingdom | 10 May 2021As five students living in Fallowfield this year we have found the service overall to be pretty good!! It is speedy and works very well the majority of the time. The only thing we have found is occasionally when more than one of is on a zoom call that it slows down for us, but apart from that we have been happy!

The bill package is a great value and is sourced from green energy which is an added bonus! The customer service has been very helpful with any utility issues we’ve had. Overall a great utilities company to choose especially if you’re moving into a student house and are worried about having to chase up your housemates for paying bills, individual liability is great!
