This is the second time I have used Motor Source Group and once again I was not disappointed. The agent (Dave) who dealt with my initial enquiry was efficient and very helpful providing all the information I needed to make a choice. I was then passed on to a Personal Delivery Coordinator (Amy) and she is also very efficient and managing the process very well. All in all I have had a pleasant purchasing experience and have saved a good amount on the price compared with a dealership, so thank you MSG

Everything went very smooth starting from placing order for our car with Stephen till receiving the delivery of the car arranged by Debbie. They both are very customer oriented, always very attentive and listen to my needs and always ready to help. Stephen, I won’t forget your very long hour explanation for all my queries. Debbie, I won’t forget your arrangement for us to get the car just in time. Thank you! Really get a bargain price!!! I would definitely come back again if i change my car.

Such an easy process and Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Everything was explained to me, all questions answered and Stephen made sure I was happy with the process. All this and the price of my new car is nearly £5,000 cheaper than the list price, what’s not to like!

I 'found' Motor Source Group through my works manager at NHSBT, when my car was written off, and I was searching for best price on my new car. I made my initial enquiry via online chat (out of hours) and had to wait for an email reply which came swiftly the following day. Having provided details to one of the sales staff via email, and discussed various aspects over a couple of phone calls, everything was agreed, and within just a few days, the order was placed, a deposit paid, and the order confirmed. The price was indeed incredible, and I am still elated at being given the contact website through work. I look forward to taking delivery of my new car early 2022. It is great that such deals exist for the various forces, police and NHS staff, and to all staff at Motor Source Group THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! and to all the companies who avail themselves to Motor Source Group, thank YOU very much!!! I contacted Motor source online and got a reply within a day. Richard has been so helpful and he helped me with my Oder of a brand new car. The service I got was 💯 Richard responded to all my emails without fail. The process was so smooth and quick and I am looking forward to receiving my new car. A reply to the motor source group's comment: Since i asked myself your marketing advisor, Helen, whom i complained to, to listen to the recording as i am aware that you record the calls, and since my mobile phone automatically record calls from unknown callers, i can confidently say that i find it quite disappointing that you justify your advisor's unprofessional attitude by a "an assumption or a misunderstanding" rather than acknowledging the misconduct. Again, the sales advisor started the call by cheerful tone and that totally changed to irritable and confrontational attitude throughout the whole call. The sentence "so what do you want me to do now" can only speak for itself, if there is a confusion around the tone or the attitude of the advisor. I am sure since you reviewed the recording that i even bent over backwards trying to sooth the situation and communicate that i am not comfortable with his attitude, telling the advisor that i feel he was putting me in the hotspot , and that i would like to hear his offer since he only told me the car quote and nothing else, but was investigating me about other dealer's quotes, discounts, incentives, ..etc. Unfortunately your advisor insisted on his irritable attitude and refused to sooth the situation Regarding the incentives: they are different from one dealer/discount provider to another either in quality or duration of incentive, like road side assistance which is free for 1 year by some providers but 3 years by other. I find it more disturbing that despite that you heard the recording, you mentioned inaccurate numbers as your evidence and i will put some here just for awareness: Dealer's offer was 1300 more than your offer, but because of the incentives i mentioned in the call that difference will be generously covered by the savings i will make from these incentives. and again i didn't refute the fact that dealer's price was higher, and explained to your advisor that the incentives will cover the little difference! By the way, the dealer doesn't offer NHS discount and i was about to tell your advisor that other NHS discount provider offer even less cash price according to my research, i didn't mention that in the call simply because of how it went. Your marketing advisor offered another call for another quote discussion with another advisor; but i politely declined that as i won't be comfortable buying from your services. But even after reading your unapologetic justification of a bad advisor's attitude. i feel like i have the moral duty to warn my NHS social circles from the bad service you provide, and to make it fair will attach my mobile recording for people to judge for themselves. Mistakes can happen, people can have a bad day, or even bad manners, but agreeing to that on an organizational level is something else. ------------------------------------------------------------ Inappropriate and offensive sales advisor. Sales advisor started the call cheerful and pleasant but that totally changed once he heard my accent, into irritable tone and confrontational attitude. Gave me the quote and replied that they don't offer incentives on the car. when I mentioned that sounds quite strange as other providers offer incentives like roadside assistance ..etc he replied that these are not incentives and " you already got the incentive which is the 3000 pounds NHS discount", "what do you want me to do now" i told him nothing more as he was very rude and thanked him for his help but still he replied sarcastically "good luck with your purchase" and abruptly hung up the phone. Rude customer service, i wonder how they would communicate during the purchase or after I pay for the car.
