I have not taken delivery of my vehicle yet, but so far the process of ordering the vehicle has gone smoothly. I have been kept up to date at every stage and have found the staff friendly and helpful. Given the large savings and service I would happily recommend them to my colleagues.

Rare these days be allocated a single point of contact with direct dial access. I was kept fully informed throughput the purchase and all queries were answered promptly. It was also great to make a significant saving on the dealership price.

This is the second time I have used MSG to order a new Audi. Very easy to do and Lewis, again, was superb throughout the process. No issues or complaints whatsoever, no Audi garage was able to match the price for a new car so it was a no brainer really.
