Had some issues with the site on Black Friday but customer support sorted everything out and made sure I got my order. Switches are a huge upgrade to the house and look forward to installing the next batch!

Over 2 weeks delivery

The product is great but your website is terribly slow. I addition the PayPal payment failed several times. Not sure if this is due to your servers sluggishness and therefore exceeding the time windows of a PayPal transaction or some kind of PayPal problem.

Horrible handling and shipping. The company used 11 days to process my order before shipping. I still have not received my order after 17 days. It´s seems the forgot to add international papers to the order, as it still has not left the country of origin. This is by far the worst shipping handling I have ever experienced. Update: The ordered was not delivered as promised below. In fact the fedex tracking shows it as in transit in Poland.

1 out of 4 items ordered was missing. Support didn’t want to ship missing item before checking with their warehouse, and haven’t provided an update for last 4 days, even after follow up communication. This customer service really needs improvement! Update 12/23: I changed review to 3/5 as I finally got missing item delivered. Too bad it took posting bad review to get this case going.
