One of my dimmer screw heads unfortunately popped off on installation which I reported back to B&P. Suzanne was extremely helpful and called to tell me they would be sending out a replacement asap for me. Excellent!! Great products, but more importantly, great customer service. A few months ago, we bought several pull bars and a light switch for our new kitchen. I contacted buster and punch about a month ago, when a decorative coin cap on the light switch had snapped when refitting it. Melanie was absolutely brilliant, and went out of her way to source the spare parts for us. We recieved the replacements literally within a couple of days, free of charge. Normally people only post on trustpilot when they’ve had a bad experience with a company, but we had such a great experience we felt the need to post on here to let people know about it! I would recommend this company anyday and we will certainly be buying from buster and punch again in the future!!!

The products are superior design and quality and the service is outstanding.

All other companies’ customer services should aspire to be like Buster+Punch. Recently I had an issue with a dimmer that was almost 2 years old. Initially I thought that either it would not still be under warranty, or it would be too much of a hassle to send it back for repair and install a temporary dimmer. I submitted an inquiry on their website and was contacted by Melanie just a few hours later. I described the issue and recorded a short video on my phone. Again, Melanie got back to me right away and I was pleasantly surprised when she told me that they were sending me a new replacement immediately. Such a positive experience. They listened to me, understood me, were helpful and extremely friendly. I own several Buster+Punch products and will continue to use and recommend them in the future.

When I encountered a fault with the light switch during installation, she offered to send me a replacement, just in case the issue was with the product and not my wiring. The dimmer switches are unfortunately a lesson in form over function. I purchased a few dimmer switches a year ago, and they have proved far more headache than is worth it. One design feature that I dislike is the second between pushing "on" and the light actually appearing, which is long enough to make you second guess whether you actually pressed it in the first place. But more egregiously, for no apparent reason one switch won't allow the dimmer to be pressed, and basically only turns the knob, meaning that it can only be turned down but never truly off. Their installation is convoluted, and the actual body of the switch is a cheap plastic. I expected much, much more for the price. I had initially intended to outfit my entire home with Buster and Punch but based on the few I've had for a year, not only will I choose something else but I'm looking forward to replacing the B&P ones as well.
