Melanie in customer services is incredible and an absolute credit to B&P. I had to get in contact with B&P as I was having some issues with a stockist; Melanie was absolutely fantastic, supplied me with information and gave advise on what steps to take. My issue is now resolved and I will be ordering direct with B&P now.

I purchased the linear brass door handle and thumbturn lock from b+p 10 months ago, until recently I found a minor issue on the products. I inquired for the warranty and received a quick and satisfied response from the team, especially Kirsty from Customer Service. Buster + punch is always the top hardware supplier I trusted and there’s no disappointment in the after-sales service.

We purchased a bespoke chandelier and a number of handles for our recent project all of which were manufactured to a very high standard. We also encountered an issue on site having specified the wrong back plate for a number of handles. Buster & Punch were able to resolve the issue within days and rectify the problem so we did not encounter any delays on site. Great products and excellent customer care! We will with no doubt be using them again!

5 years ago I installed several Buster and Punch light switches, handles and pendant lamps in my house, and they are still incredibly beautiful and on trend. The designs are original and classic at the same time, and 5 year on they have stood the test of time. Their customer service is also outstanding. A big shout out to Melanie who replied very quickly to my enquiry and sorted a minor issues very swiftly. Overall great products and customer experience. I am looking forward to purchasing more of their beautiful lighting.

Had a few issues with a number of dimmable bulbs and reached out to customer services and received an email and phone call within less than 1 working day with confirmation that replacements would sent out. I know and appreciate that things can sometimes go wrong but I always think it’s the way that companies handle these situations that make them standout and I cannot fault Buster + Punch Sent in this regard as it was handled extremely well and situation resolved quickly. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Great design, you can feel passion and love in your designs . One issue I have is difficulty to change order if computer somehow picks wrong address. I did ordered mirror plus more other items .

really annoying that my light switches break so regularly and whilst they wanted me to pay initially, did then agree to send replacement components free of charge. This happens every time they break, making a fuss about the warranty to start with, before relenting. Shame they don't just send them without argument and apologise. it was explained that i had been turning my lights on wrongly. I only wrote this because they asked me to (twice) which was strange given the circumstances but still
