Items missing, poor quality and lack of customer service to replace.

Purchased all new toggles dimmers and electrical outlets with Buster and Punch in 2020. To this day their customer service has been 5 stars honouring the warranty. I appreciate the service and will continue to use this phenomenal company

One of the toggle switches got jammed after 6months of use. I contacted the customer service and the next working day they got back to me offering to send a replacement. Thanks Kirsty! Faults do happen, but as long as these situations are quickly dealt with - I am happy.

We received a great customer service from Buster+Punch. Through a phone call, they understood our need and settled our problem (a replacement part). An email was received a few minutes later, confirming the delivery in the next few days!!!
