United States | 11 January 2025I purchased the B&P/Staub sauté pan w/brass handle for Christmas. Beautiful pan, wonderful to cook with. But the handle was a little lose. Fired off an email to B&P with the deets. Alex responded in a timely manner and did what he needed to do. With in a matter a couple of days She wrote back with fantastic news of a replacement pan!! Alex professional and courteous, I wish her the best. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend. Future purchaces from B&P are already in the works. Thank you Alex.

Contacted them and they were quick to respond and with no fuss sent me a new one and arranged collection of the damaged one at a time convenient to me. Be aware that the lever doesn't stop in the upright position, as it appears to in all the photos, but goes back a further few degrees. This bothered me initially but once installed it wasn't noticeable at all. Really happy with the tap and the customer service.

Guadeloupe | 10 January 2025we equipped our house in 2019. we have just changed two dimmer modules which seems a little early to me. they seem a little fragile in plastic. we live on an island (in Guadeloupe FWI) which can explain the early wear. that's why I rate 4 stars. and also because the delivery times are too long. UPS is not the best choice for us. it's a shame because your service is very responsive. otherwise we love the design. 👏
